MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi distributed flood relief kits from the Salar-e-Millat Educational Trust at KG among the affected people at PG Campus, MM Colony, Bandlaguda.

MIM Assembly flood leader Akbaruddin Owaisi said, the MIM had extended financial aid not only during the flood but also during the lockdown without discriminating against caste, creed or region.  We have spent Rs.11 crore since the lockdown. Through the Trust, we spent Rs.6.5 crore



during the lockdown. We have distributed 5,000 kits containing 33 essential items including utensils and clothes worth Rs.2.5 crore among the flood victims, he said. 

We have been distributed free medicines in the medical camps in the flood affected areas, Akbaruddin said. We also ensure that the debris in tonnes was removed within a week. Our workers helped the residents in cleaning the houses.
