MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Wednesday ruled out any post-poll alliance with Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), expressing his confidence in ruling party’s victory.

“We will not join the government. I am pretty sure the people of Telangana will bless K Chandrasekhar Rao become the chief minister again. He will return to power and form the government. There is no need for the MIM to join the government. We will not only retain the seven seats but also win Rajendranagar constituency,” he said at Press Club.

While he praised the TRS, he continued his verbal attack on Praja Kutami, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bajrang Dal, saying that these parties are issuing ‘secularism’ certificates. “Congress and BJP are running a lala ki dukaan,” Asad said, stressing on the need for a united front of all regional parties. He said, “Rahul should learn humbleness, modesty

and humility from his mother.

He suspected conspiracy in the recent Bulandshahr incident, where a cop lost his life. “The accused belongs to Bajrang Dal. BJP’s sister organisation killed a man in uniform,” he said. He hit back at Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath who said ‘he is the number one citizen’.

Meanwhile, Asad sought votes while addressing a gathering in Khilwat on Wednesday. He said, “If you want to save the name Hyder, you need to vote for MIM. People of this city, irrespective of their religion or sect, are brave.” “My city is the city of the brave, it is a city of the fearless. MIM is focused on ensuring that every Hyderabadi lives with dignity, while ‘Bharat Jalao Party’ just wants to manufacture myths and change names. On December 7, let them know that one cannot remove Hyder from Hyderabad.” he tweeted .
