All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president and Hyderabad Member of Parliament, Asaduddin Owaisi, on Sunday reacted to Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan’s comments and said the latter should learn something from India’s inclusive politics.

In a post on micro blogging site ‘twitter’, Owaisi said, “According to the Pakistani constitution, only a Muslim is qualified to be President. India has seen multiple Presidents’ from oppressed communities. It is high time Khan sahab learns something

from us about inclusive politics and minority rights.”

Imran Khan on Saturday said he will “show” the Narendra Modi government “how to treat minorities”, amid a controversy over Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah’s remarks.

On December 20, Shah in an interview expressed concern over the recent Bulandshahr riots which claimed two lives including police officer Subodh Kumar Singh, who was investigating the Akhlaq lynching case.
