The Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen has made all efforts to ensure the ‘Tiranga Rally’ scheduled on Friday in Hyderabad a big success. The Muslim United Action Committee is organising the rally from Idgah Miralam to Shastripuram after the Juma prayer against the CAA, NRC and NPR.
Expressing solidarity with the ‘Tiranga Rally”, the Old City Hyderabad Traders Association on Thursday announced that businesses and shops in the Old City will remain closed on Friday.
About 50 LED screens have been installed at various places for the convenience of the participants.
The city police has issued traffic advisories to facilitate easy passage of the rally.
National Flags has been hoisted on the buildings and business establishments on the route of
the rally. Flexies imprinted with the Preamble of the Indian Constitution have been placed on electricity polls.
MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi is personally monitoring the arrangements. He has instructed the every leader and worker of the party to ensure maximum participation of the people belonging to every community. Workers were distributing National Flags among the youth to bring to the rally.
Group meetings and corner meetings were conducted by all seven MLAs and two MLCs of the party to mobilise people for the rally.
Various associations of professionals, trade organisations and social groups, human rights bodies, doctors, advocates and religious scholars announced their participation in the rally.
