There is a need for 'independent investigation' in Mukhtar Ansari's death: Owaisi

Former MLA and don Mukhtar Ansari has died of a heart attack. Many parties in the opposition alliance have demanded an investigation into Ansari's death. 

Now All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen Chief Asaduddin Owaisi has also given his reaction on Ansari's death. Owaisi put the UP government in the dock on Mukhtar's death and said that there is a need for 'independent investigation' in this entire matter. Referring to Mukhtar Ansari's family, he said that what his family is saying should be taken



seriously.

Earlier, Owaisi wrote in a post on his official social media account 'X', "Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilahi Rajiun. I pray to Allah to forgive him and give patience to his family and his loved ones." The people of Ghazipur lost their favorite son and brother. Mukhtar Ansari had made serious allegations against the administration that he was poisoned. Despite this, the government did not pay any attention to his treatment. Which is condemnable and regrettable."
