On the direction of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi total 14 candidates are contesting elections in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Majlis has issued a party ticket and B Form in which many candidates have filed their nominations.
Maharashtra Majlis president Janab Syed Imtiyaz Jaleel including 14 candidates has filed the nominations. Scrutiny will be done on 30th October. The Withdrawal of nominations date is 1st November and Results will be declared on 23 November.
In Maharashtra Majlis is contesting on 14 seats in which 3 are Muslim candidates and three candidates are from Backward Class.

9. Janab Farooq Shahidi from Sholapur
10. Mr Mahesh Kamble contested on SC seat from Miraj, Sangli
11. Mr. Samrat Sarwadey contesting on SC seat from Murtizapur
12. Janab Syed Moin from Nanded South
13. Ms. Babita Kanadey contesting of SC seat from Kurla
