The 43rd India International Trade Fair concluded on Wednesday at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The theme of the fair this year was Viksit Bharat at 2047. On the last day of the fair, an award presentation function was held for various categories. In category of Partner states Bihar and Uttar Pradesh bagged gold and Jharkhad grabbed gold in focus state category.
In the Ministries and Departments category, Ministry of Mines got Gold award, Ayush Ministry was awarded silver. In a state and UTs category, Puducherry bagged the gold award, Meghalaya got silver and Karnataka was awarded
bronze.
Managing Director of India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) Pradeep Singh Kharola said, this year more than 10 lakh visitors visited the fair.
Executive Director of ITPO, Premjit Lal said that the fair provided a global platform to the traders from different states to learn innovative ideas and enhance their business.
This year the fair witnessed huge response from the visitors and exhibitors, displaying various products of different regions.
