Telecom major Bharti Airtel yesterday reported a net profit of Rs 759.2 crore for the quarter ended March 31st in comparison to a loss of Rs 5,237 crore in the same quarter last year. However, Airtel reported 11.1 per cent quarter-on-quarter fall as its profit stood at 853.6
crore in the December quarter.
The company’s average revenue per user, or ARPU, declined nearly 13 per cent in the March quarter to Rs 145 per user from a three-year high of Rs 166 in the previous quarter.
