Crude oil prices climbed nearly 2% on Monday

Oil prices remained flat yesterday. Earlier, crude oil prices had climbed nearly 2% on Monday on fears over the disruptions to trade via the Suez Canal.

In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading



at 77 dollars and 93 cents per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was trading at 72 dollars and 46 cents per barrel when reports last came in.
