EPFO extends Aadhaar deadline

The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has said that it has extended the date for mandatory seeding of Aadhaar numbers for filing electronic challan cum return (ECR) from June 1

to September 1. The EPFO also said that by the end of this period of deferment, all employers should be ready for implementation of the rule.
