Foreign investors remained net buyers in the domestic capital markets in June, pouring in a total of 11,132 crore rupees on a net basis this month so far.

Foreign portfolio investors or FPI pumped in a net sum of 1,517.1 crore rupees into equities and 9,615.6 crore rupees into debt during June 3-14



period.

Prior to this, FPIs had invested a net 9,031.2 crore rupees in May, 16,093 crore rupees in April and 45,981 crore rupees in March in the capital markets.

The inflows in the debt category remained strong and steady driven by positive market sentiment.
