At Multi Commodity Exchange, Gold and Silver prices were up on Monday (1st July 2024). The precious metal, for August contract, was up by 0.39 percent and trading at 71,860 rupees per 10 grams. Silver for July contract, was also up by 0.50 percent and trading at 87,599 rupees per kilogram when the reports last came



in.

In the global markets, gold was trading 0.3 percent up at 2,346 dollars and 60 cents per ounce on Comex. Silver was also trading up by 0.1 percent at 29 dollars and 59 cents per ounce in the intra-day session, when the reports last came in.
