India-Saudi Arabia to strengthen strategic partnership across economic, cultural and technological domains

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal embarked on a comprehensive diplomatic mission in Riyadh yesterday, marking significant strides in Indo-Saudi relations through a series of high-level meetings and cultural engagements.

The day commenced with the Minister’s participation in a panel discussion at the Future Investment Summit, followed by the inauguration of ‘Lulu Wali Diwali’ at Lulu Hypermarket in Riyadh, highlighting the growing cultural bonds between the two nations.

The ministerial agenda includes a crucial meeting of the Strategic Partnerships Council, where the Economy and Investment Pillar



meeting will be co-chaired with the Saudi Energy Minister. Bilateral discussions are scheduled with Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al Khorayef, and Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih.
