Indian Railways Earns Over Rs 14,798 Crore From Freight Loading In June

Indian Railways has earned over 14 thousand 798 crore rupees from freight loading in June this year, which is more than 11 per cent in comparison to last year. Railway Ministry said, freight loading of over 135 million tons has been achieved in June, against loading



of around 123 million tons in the same month last year. Railway ferried over 60 million tons in Coal, more than 15 million tons in Iron Ore, seven million tons Cement and over four million tons food grains.
