India's Industrial Production Grows to 3.8% in December 2023, Up from 2.4% in November

India's industrial production grew 3.8 percent in December 2023 as against 2.4 percent in November 2023. Factory output measured in terms of the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) had witnessed a growth of 5.1 percent in December



2022.

As per the data released by Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Manufacturing sector output grew by 3.9 per cent year on year basis in December last year.
