Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has announced that during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Maharashtra signed a total of 61 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), including 54 in investment and 7 in strategic sectors, with a cumulative value of 15 lakh and 70 thousand crore rupees . 

Addressing the media from Davos, he stated that 98 percent of the total investment would come through



Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), which is expected to boost the state’s economy. Emphasising that the world is looking at India with enthusiasm and hope, Mr. Fadnavis added that many companies are eager to invest in Maharashtra in the areas of sustainability and new technologies. He assured that all the MoUs signed during the event would be implemented.
