Nirmala Sitharaman Chairs Second Pre-Budget Consultation With Financial & Capital Market Experts

Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has chaired the second round of Pre-Budget Consultations with leading experts of the financial and capital markets sector and the third round of Consultations with industry leaders and associations in New Delhi yesterday.

The meeting was held in connection with the forthcoming General Budget 2024-25. The Pe-Budget consultation meeting



was also attended by Union Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary, Finance Secretary, Secretaries of Departments of Economic Affairs, Revenue, Financial Services and Corporate Affairs, and Chief Economic Adviser.

 

Minister chaired the first round of Pre-Budget consultations with leading economists day before yesterday.
