Oil prices down for second straight session

Oil prices slipped for the second straight session on Thursday. Brent Crude was trading 0.91 percent down at 74 dollars and 24 cents per barrel, and WTI Crude

lost over one percent to trade at 70 dollars and 85 cents per barrel when the reports last came in.
