Prices of natural gas including CNG and PNG hiked in Mumbai

Mumbai: The prices of natural gas including CNG and PNG used for transportation and domestic purposes have been hiked in Mumbai Metropolitan Region from Wednesday. While the CNG will be dearer by five rupees per litre, the cost of PNG has been increased 4.50 rupees per

unit.

With the revision in prices CNG will now cost 72 rupees per litre and PNG will cost 45.50 rupees per unit. It may be noted that CNG rate was hiked last week by seven rupees per litre while PNG price was increased by five rupees per unit.
