Mumbai: Equity benchmark indices opened in green on Friday with Sensex up by 340.13 points and Nifty by 92.70 points.
At 9:28 AM, the BSE Sensex was up by 340.13 points or 0.59 percent at 57,861.19.

The 50-scrip NSE Nifty was trading at 17,337.70, at 9:28 AM, up by 92.70 points or 0.54 percent.
