Pune: Yamaha Motor, the Japanese motorcycle maker, on Friday introduced the much awaited two models MT-03 Streetfighter and R3 Supersport bikes priced at Rs 4,64,900 9 and Rs 4,59,900 respectively at the Delhi showroom.

With the addition of these step-up models in the R-series & MT-series, the brand looked forward to growing the premium motorcycle segment in the country, he said.
The Yamaha MT-03 features an LED headlamp, an aggressively styled fuel tank with tank
extensions on either side and a 2-piece seat.
The MT-03 is powered by a 321cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that makes 41.4 BHP and 29.6 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a conventional multi-plate clutch.
The MT-03 competes with the KTM 390 Duke, BMW G 310 R and the likes in the country.
The R3 motorcycle has dual LED headlamps up front with a familiar Yamaha-style intake in the centre. It comes with a digital instrument console, which does not offer Bluetooth connectivity.
The R3 is powered by a 321cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that makes 41.4 BHP and 29.6 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox with a conventional clutch.
The Yamaha R3 competes with the KTM RC 390, TVS Apache RR 310, and Kawasaki Ninja 400 in India.
