Minor molested by TSRTC bus conductor

Hyderabad: A seven-year-old girl was molested allegedly by a conductor of an TSRTC suburban bus on Thursday.

The incident happened in a bus bound from Maheshwaram to Charminar, in which the victim along with her mother boarded the bus at Pahadishareef.

When the mother fell asleep in the bus the conductor took the girl to the back seat in the bus and sexually assaulted her. The girl narrated the incident to her mother after getting down from the bus at



Engine Bowli bus stop.

The woman along with the help of locals went to the Falaknuma bus depot and informed the security personnel.

Later when she was on way to the police station she noticed the bus and waved down. Soon a crowd who came to know about the assault manhandled the conductor and handed over to the police.

When contacted the police said that no case was registered as the mother of victim withdrew her complaint.
