'Unemployed' man slits throat of two-year-old son at his residence, absconding in Hyderabad:

On Friday, in yet another shocking incident, a Hyderabad-based man slits throat of his infant son. As per the report, the incident happened at their residence in Langar Houz's Prashanth Nagar.

The accused has been identified as Haseeb. Reportedly, the man took his son to the first floor and slit his throat. The minor boy died on the spot.

The report further suggests that the accused flee from the spot after committing the crime. The police team investigating the case noted that the accused was unemployed and has been suffering from some health issues.

Boy declared dead by hospital

The victim's dad took a knife from the kitchen and took the son along with him. The



two-year-old's mother followed his husband suspecting his intentions but by the time she reached the first floor, Hasseb left the house after slitting his son's throat.

Family members of the infant took him to the hospital, where he was declared brought dead. Based on the inputs given by the family members, the cops' team reached the spot and a case was registered.

While commenting on the incident, Langar Houz police inspector K Srinivas said, "The accused is at large and hence we don't know the motive behind the murder. The victim died on the spot," as quoted by the Times of India.

The police cross-checked the CCTV camera footage, where the accused was seen walking on the road.
