15 year old minor girl commits suicide

A tenth class girl on Monday committed suicide by setting herself ablaze in her house at Shettipalem village of Vemulapally mandal. The 15-year-old girl, studying 10th class at Vemulapally Model School, took the extreme step due to the reported harassment by a boy in the name of love. 

When she told her parents about the boy, they lodge a complaint with



Vemulapally police three days ago that a minor boy Venu has been harassing their daughter. It was learnt that the police also gave counselling to the boy. 

When her family members went out on job in rice mill, she poured kerosene at 8.30 am and set herself ablaze. She died on the spot. Vemulapally police reached the spot and  took up investigation.
