2.4 kilo ganja seized in Hyderabad, 4 arrested

Excise sleuths arrested four drug peddlers supplying ganja to students and seized 2.4 kilo contraband on Wednesday. Acting on specific alert, police kept a watch at Boyaguda Kaman X Roads in Mangalhat and seized 1.15kilo of ganja from Sathishpal Singh and Pavan. The accused told sleuths that one Balaji Mane of Dhoolpet gave them the



contraband.

Another team intercepted Vickey Singh and Rajesh Singh at Darussalam X Roads and seized 1.25 kilo ganja. The duo confessed that they were taking orders from clients — students and private employees — over the phone. Customers will be booked after gathering evidence, Assistant Excise Superintendent, N Anji Reddy said.
