Couple found murdered in Khammam, Telangana State

Khammam: A man and his wife were found murdered at their home at Nelakondapalli in the district on Wednesday. Killers had sprinkled chilli powder all over the crime spot to avoid sniffer dogs tracking them.

According to the police, the couple’s son, who lives in Hyderabad, had called them several times over the phone. As they failed to respond to his calls, he asked one of his friends to visit



their home and check on his parents.

When the man visited the home, the couple, Ramana and Krishna Kumari, were found dead and he immediately called police. On receiving information, the local police and clues team reached the spot. They found that the home had chilli powder sprinkled all over. 

A probe is underway.
