Gold chain snatched in Shamshabad

Two bike-borne chain snatchers have fled with a four-tola gold chain worn by a 60-year-old woman at her house in Airport Colony in Shamshabad. According to the Shamshabad police, the woman K Prameela was standing in front of her home at around 11.30 am when she saw two youngsters on a black colour bike entering the colony and stopping at some distance. 

The woman did not give much attention towards



the duo. In sometime, she noticed one of them approaching her, while another was sitting on the bike. On seeing him stepping towards her, Prameela tried to move in to her house. Before Prameela entered the house to avoid speaking to him, the guy had snatched the gold chain and the duo fled on the bike, the police said. Based on her complaint, the police registered a case and took up investigation.
