Gold seized at Shamshabad airport

Officials of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence on Sunday seized 200 grams of gold from a man at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad.

The passenger from Dubai had

concealed the gold bars in a tin of energy drink. The officials who checked the baggage of the passenger grew suspicious and opened the can where they found the gold bars. The gold was confiscated.
