Gold trader threatened and attempted to rob with toy gun at Kapra

A man threatened and attempted to rob a gold trader with an air gun at Kapra in Kushaiguda on Sunday.

Police sources said P Ramesh Yadav from Basheerbagh received a call in the name of Rohith, who claimed to have 8 tolas of gold ornaments to sell for the treatment of his



mother. Yadav, along with his friend Sridhar went to meet the seller at Cherlapally. On reaching there, the suspect Rohith brandished the toy gun and tried to rob the trader.

However, his attempts failed and he fled the spot. The Kushaiguda police are investigating the case further.
