Jewellery stolen from stationary car at Park in Hyderabad

A techie, who went for a Sunday evening stroll at KBR Park with his Valentine Day friend, was in for a rude shock when he found that unknown miscreants smashed the rear windshield of his parked car outside the park and escaped with a bag containing valuables and cash amounting to Rs 7 lakh.

Police said



the victim Mahendar, 32,  an employee with a software firm in Hi-tec City,  informed the Jubilee Hills police that he had gone for a walk with his friend, leaving behind a bag in the rear seat that had gold jewellery and gold chains weighing 15 tolas, Rs 1,000 in cash and three debit cards.
