Man found hanging from tree in Shamirpet, Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The body of a man was found hanging from a tree in a secluded place in Shamirpet here on Monday afternoon. He is suspected to have committed suicide, police said.

The man, Punna Ram (38), a hardware shop owner from Kavadiguda left his house around 8 am to Kolthuru village. According to the Shamirpet police, Ram was found hanging from



the tree by the locals around 1 pm. No suicide note was found. “His family members suspect no foul play behind the death. They said Ram had no problems too. The reason for suicide is yet to be known,” police said.

The body was shifted to the Gandhi hospital morgue for autopsy. The Shamirpet police are investigating.
