Man gets life term for raping daughter in Hyderabad

A father who raped his two-year-old daughter was sentenced to life imprisonment by Ms Suneetha Kunchala, judge of the special court dealing with Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) cases on Thursday.

The accused was identified as Syed Imran Ali, 31, of Santoshnagar



and the complaint was filed by his wife. Ms S. Spandana, legal support officer for POCSO cases, said that according to the complainant, she married the accused in 2010 and they had two sons and a daughter. Her husband used to stay at home while she used to work as a maid servant.
