Man kills parents,wife and two kids before ending life in Telangana

A 32-year-old man allegedly killed five members of his family before committing suicide in Telangana’s Khammam district, police said on Wednesday.

The man, S Saleem, allegedly pushed his parents, wife and two children, both aged below 10, into a canal and later himself jumped into the water in Jillacheruvu village last night, a senior police official said.“As per preliminary investigation, Saleem killed his family members and later committed



suicide apparently over some family dispute,” Khammam’s Commissioner of Police Tafseer Iqbal said.

A suicide note purportedly written by Saleem, in which he referred to some family dispute, was found in his house, the police commissioner said.

The suicide note has been sent to a forensic science laboratory for verification, he said, adding all the six bodies have been retrieved and sent for postmortem.
