Police nab youth accused of molesting minor girls

The district police finally arrested Kukkadala Naga Bushanam alias Nanda Kumar (20) who was accused of sexually abusing four minor girls within hours after lodging the complaint by victims’ family members.

On Thursday, DSP Sudhakar conducted a press meet at Nalgonda Rural Police Station and produced the accused before the media. 

He said on credible information of police IT wing, the Station police arrested the culprit in Hyderabad and seized the cell phone in which all videos were found deleted



to erase the evidences. The matter of recovery of the deleted videos in cell phone of accused will carry out by Police IT wing, he added.

He said all the victim minor girls were aged below 10 years. The police official said they have been maintaining secrecy about the details of victims, their parents and the school as per the law. 

Cases under sections of Nirbhaya Act and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) were registered against the accused, he informed.
