Teenaged girl commits suicide in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A teenaged girl committed suicide by hanging herself in her house at Balaji Nagar Colony in Jillelaguda, Balapur here on Tuesday.

The girl Mounika (17), who finished her schooling had secured a hostel seat in the government model hostel in Siddipet district, but was reportedly reluctant to join. In the morning between 8 am



and 9.30 am, while her parents went out on work, she hanged herself from the ceiling fan. She was found dead when her father returned around 10 am. Her family suspects that Mounika ended her life as she was not interested in further studies. A case was booked and investigation was on.
