Two minor girls raped in UP

Two persons have been arrested for allegedly raping two minor girls in separate incidents here, police said today.

In the first incident, a 13-year-old Dalit girl was returning home when the son of a village watchman dragged her to a secluded spot and raped her in Ranijot village under Dehat police station area yesterday, SP Abhishek



Singh said.

In the other case, a 15-year-old girl, who had gone outside to attend nature's call was raped by a youth of her village in Nathaipur under Sahdullanagar police station area last night, he said.Both the victims have been sent for medical examination and the culprits arrested, the officer added.
