Woman raped, strangulated to death in UP

A 25-year-old woman was allegedly raped and strangulated to death at Biharigarh road in Bhopa area here, the police said today.The body of the woman was found in the fields by a farmer last evening, they



said.

"Though the post-mortem report is still awaited, there are indications that the girl was first raped and then strangulated to death," Station House Officer (SHO) Vijay Singh said.
