Age Limit: Candidates age should be minimum 18 years & maximum 28 years for ACT (T) & OCT (T) posts, minimum 18 years & maximum 30 years for OCT Boiler Operation posts as on 01-12-2014. Age relaxations are applicable as per the



rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Matriculation with ITI in relevant trades from Govt. recognized institution with Heavy Vehicle Driver (HVD) License for ACT (Trainee) post, Matriculation and three years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication relevant disciplines from a Govt. recognized institute for OCT (Trainee & Boiler Operation) posts with relevant experiences. 

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in written test/ interview. 

Application & Processing Fees: Candidates should have to Pay Rs.150/- as Application & Rs. 50/- as Processing fee for General, OBC and departmental candidates (ACT [Trainee] posts) & Rs.250/- as Application and Rs. 50/- as Processing fee for General, OBC and departmental candidates (OCT [Trainee & Boiler Operation] posts) in the form of Pay in slip (SBI Challan) paid in a specially opened account No. 32549519300 at Sector -1 Branch, Bhilai, on behalf of BSP, SAIL. The Pay in slip (SBI Challan) may be download from the official website after filling required details. No Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates. Download the pay in slip for payment of application fee. 7. Pay the fee as mentioned above, receive Unique Journal Number and branch code of the branch collecting the money, fill the details in the online application form & submit it. 8. After applying online, take print out of system generated registration slip & pay in slip with unique registration number and other essential details.
