Hyderabad: The Online Applications for the PGDPCET-2017– Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging Common Entrance Test, conducted by the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) are now open.
The prospective candidates are required to appear for the Common Entrance Test, which will be held on June 15, followed by a Personal Interview in the third week of July.
The eligibility criteria for the Test is a full time Graduate Degree in Science (12th + 3 years degree entire 5 years in science only) with Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Microbiology or Biochemistry/Polymer Science as the main subject or one of them as second subject in the three year degree or Agriculture / Food Science / Polymer Science or Engineering / Technology degree of a AICTE / Recognized University with a minimum second class.
Those with equivalent overseas qualification would also be eligible for admission. Candidates appearing in the final year of the qualifying examinations can also apply.
While the Maximum Age
Limit for general category candidates as on May 31 is 25, a 3-years relaxation would be granted for OBC and 5-years for SC/ST candidates.
Last date for receiving filled applications at IIP, Mumbai is 9th June, 2017, and the Written PGDPCET-2017 test will be held in Mumbai and Regional Centers on 15th June, 2017. The course will commence from 16th August, 2017

On completion of the online application, the candidates are requested to print the forms and attach all relevant dully attested certificates along with a Demand Draft (Rs. 500/- if not paid online) to submit by person at T & E Division, HO Mumbai or regional centers or mail by Registered Post or Speed Post or Courier to “The Course Coordinator T & E Division E-2, MIDC Area, Andheri (East) Mumbai-400 093” so as to reach the T & E Division, IIP Mumbai and Regional Centers on or before June 9.
