289 candidates selected for SGT posts

A total of 289 candidates were issued appointment orders for the posts of Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT) by the School Education Department on Thursday.

The Telangana State Public Service Commission, which conducted Teacher Recruitment Test had selected 306 candidates for



recruitment to the posts. Of the total, 296 candidates reported for counselling conducted by the School Education Department and 289 of them were issued appointment orders for SGT posts in Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu and Tamil mediums.
