61,938 apply for JEE Main Examination

As many as 75,931 candidates from Andhra Pradesh and 61,938 from Telangana would appear for the Joint Entrance Examination-Main.  The offline examination would be held on Sunday (April 3) and online mode exam on April 9 and 10. 

sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Of the total, 14,760 candidates from AP and 5,988 from Telangana would appear for the test in online mode and the rest in the offline mode. Both online and offline mode of exam would be held in Hyderabad, Warangal and Khammam in Telangana State and while in AP it would be held in Guntur, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada.
