Due to the ongoing coronavirus lockdown, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in Jawaharlal Nehru University has presented a memorandum to extend the deadline of entrance exam as not everyone is equipped to take online exams. "Thus, we have requested the university administration to take cognizance of such emerging problems and extend the deadlines promptly," he said.

Govind Dangi, Secretary, ABVP-JNU, said, “We have received a number of calls from aspirants, requesting us to communicate their grievances to the university administration. Therefore, as a sincere representative of students, ABVP is demanding to the university administration to extend the deadlines at least by 15 days after the lockdown ends.
