AIIMS MBBS entrance exam results declared

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) MBBS entrance exam 2016 results were announced yesterday. Out of 1,89,357 candidates 7137 have qualified in the examination. Dr Ashok Jaryal, Sub Dean, Exams, said that around 2000 will be called for the counselling sessions in multiple rounds beginning on July 4.

There are just 672 seats on offer in seven AIIMS centres in New Delhi, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Raipur, Rishikesh and Bhopal. Out of which 337 seats are unreserved, 181 are for OBC, 101 for SC and 53 seats are for ST candidates.
