Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,Kakinada (JNTU-K) officials are busy preparing for the exam which is being conducted in the online mode for the first time.
The entrance test would be held from April 24 to 26 in six sessions for engineering stream candidates. The test for agriculture and other biology-related subject streams would be held on April 28 in two sessions. Hall tickets for the entrance test can be downloaded from the website http:www.sche.ap.gov.in from Wednesday onwards, said the officials. According to officials,
the halltickets will have a route map to the exam centre.
The deadline for applying for corrections in the applications ended on Monday . Candidates wishing to apply for the test can do so by paying a late fee of `10,000 till April 22.
Dr K Raghunath, chief camp officer, said 156 exam centres, including six in Hyderabad, have been identified and each centre will have nearly 1,000 computers. “An additional 250 computers have been arranged to replace any faulty machines during the exam,“ he added.
