Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh School Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission has fixed the fee structure for schools and intermediate colleges in the State for three academic years beginning 2021-22.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Commission Chairman Justice (Retd.) R Kanta Rao said it was for the
first time that school and college fee was being regulated in AP though several other states have already been doing it.
He said the maximum annual tuition fee for schools in gram panchayats has been fixed at Rs 10,000 for primary classes and Rs 12,000 for higher classes.
