Applications invited for library course

The Department of Public Libraries has invited applications for a Certificate Course in Library & Information Science. The course would be of five months duration starting from August 1 to December 31.

The course would be offered at three places - Institute of



Library Science,  Gnana Science Library Institute and Naveen Vivekananda College of Library Science .

Applicants must have passed Inter or its equivalent course.  Application forms can be obtained from the principal’s office concerned from July 25-27.
