CBSE conducts surprise inspections in 27 schools across Delhi, Rajasthan

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated a stringent crackdown on dummy schools by conducting surprise inspections across 27 institutions in Rajasthan and the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. These inspections, carried out today, were part of CBSE's ongoing efforts to ensure that its affiliated schools strictly adhere to the Board's norms and Bye-Laws.

The operation was meticulously planned, with 27 teams, each consisting of a CBSE officer and a Principal from a CBSE-affiliated school, conducting the inspections simultaneously. This synchronized approach was designed to maintain the element of surprise,



ensuring that the observations made during the inspections were accurate and reflective of the schools' daily operations.

CBSE's initiative underscores its commitment to maintaining high standards of education. The Board emphasised that it expects all affiliated schools to follow its guidelines rigorously. The data collected from these inspections will undergo a thorough review, and any cases of non-compliance will be met with appropriate actions.

CBSE has reiterated its dedication to ongoing monitoring and has pledged to continue conducting such surprise inspections to uphold the quality and standards expected by the Board.
