City Police and GHMC offer special training for recruitment in Police Department

Hyderabad: Police Department is likely to issue recruitment notification for filling up 8000 vacancies of constables. Hyderabad City Police is likely to get 3-4 thousand post of constables. This was disclosed by Hyderabad City Police Commissioner, Mr. M. Mahendra Reddy. 

This is the largest recruitment in Hyderabad City Police. In order to ensure adequate representation of Minorities, Hyderabad City Police and GHMC have formulated a scheme to offer practical training to the candidates. This



training will be offered at Gosha Mahal Police Stadium and Quli Qutub Shah Stadium at City College. Experts will offer training in Running Race, Short Put, Long jump, High Jump etc. Expert faculty would be engaged for preparing the candidates for written examination.

It is reported that another notification for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors of Police is also likely to be issued shortly. Candidates belonging to Minorities will also be given training for these posts.
