Civil services preliminary exam to be held in June

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has advanced the civil services preliminary exams to June instead of August from next year. The prelims for 2017 is scheduled to be held on June

18, according to the commission’s calendar for the examination.

The UPSC is conducting the examination in June rather than August after a gap of three years.
