Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has inaugurated the UP Abhyudaya Yojana today, February 15, and the programme will commence from tomorrow for students who are preparing for various competitive examinations during the lockdown.
The UP Abhyudaya Yojana is set to provide students with free online coaching for several exams that they are preparing for. Candidates who wish to appear for the JEE, NEET, CDS, NDA, UPSC, and other competitive exams can register for the coaching programme.
The chief minister, while inaugurating UP Abhyudaya Yojana, said, “I want to ensure everyone that these classes will help
them achieve their goals. In 2020, the scheme was not only appreciated but a special package was also announced in the Union Budget.”
There were several students who were trapped in Kota and were not able to return to their hometowns due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which urged the Uttar Pradesh government to come up with UP Abhyudaya Yojana so that students can attend coaching classes online.
The registration process for the UP Abhyudaya Yojana has already started on February 10, 2021, and the coaching classes are set to begin tomorrow. Students who wish to attend free coaching classes can register on abhyuday.up.gov.in.
